I am writing you today to make you aware of the superior service we received from Great Lakes Awards for our recent Kraft Pizza Transportation safety awards, especially from your Office Manager, Paula Stochl. Paula went beyond what we could have reasonably expected, as one of our Drivers did not return his ring to have diamonds added until a week before the banquet – yet we received it back in time to present it with the other Driver Awards!
Paula handled our orders for rings, watches, mechanics award catalogs, and safety pins in an extremely professional manner. She kept us updated on the status of orders, answered all questions promptly and completely, and delivered every thing as promised. Paula truly is an asset to Great Lakes Awards, and we very much appreciated the work she has done for Kraft Pizza Transportation.
